Initially in July 2023 there was a bit of back and forth to determine if EMCO would be able to procure parts as my HVAC system purchased in 2019 was still under the manufacturer's warranty. For the first service, I was advised this wasn't offered so I paid for a circuit board and labour, it was pricey. I used another HVAC service to replace my blower as that company was able to confirm warranty for the new blower. Fast forward to November 2023 and my heater doesn't work. Seems like I need a new circuit board based on their diagnostics. Spoke to EMCO and asked again about my warranty, after a bit of haggling, they confirmed they were able to procure. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the issue (and replaced by filter for free). Rating them 4 stars as I paid for a circuit board and labour in July and only paid for labour in November. If it were left up to me, I would ask for a refund for the July cost but I didn't. Overall, they company is efficient and Hannah is pretty thorough in her approach. I would recommend this company.

I been working with EMCO for some good 5 years. They been servicing all our rentals and we upgrades most of our units with them. Also as a Real Estate business office we referred them to several of our clients and so far so good, no complaints at all. We truly recommend them

I found them very professional, reliable, and responsible as well. They repaired my air duct system and adjusted airflow in 2 rooms for me by replacing damaged branches. I am very happy and satisfied with their performance.

Only good things to say about EMCO. Starting with their communication. Responsiveness. Professional service. They will always be there for you. Extremely cold and system doesn’t work. They will go the extra mile to assist and fix. I have used a few others to install my systems but since started working with them 8 years ago never used others. Thank you so much for your service.

Thanks a looooot guys for replacing the water heater the same day. I am 100% satisfied with the work. They came, evaluated the job, gave their price and recommendations to bring to water heater up to modern codes, came back 2 hours later and replaced it😊. Will totally recommend them to others….!!! …

My air conditioning system was making weird noises. My coworker recommended EMCO Tech. The technician came on time and was very professional. He said I have a broken AC. Technician could repair AC the same day. I was satisfied. Strongly recommend.
